How can one improve communication? Communication with the team and clients? I am really good at finding bugs but I don't communicate at all my slacks stays silent but other guys working with me have Great communication with their teams and clients.

That is really good question.

You are aware what problem you are facing is already a great start.

Start developing your mental model for communications, example - if there is something you need to call out in an team meeting, Ask yourself -
1. Does this need to be said?
2. ⁠Does this need to be said by me?
3. ⁠Does this need to be said by me now?

Similarly for all situation come up with model and framework which will guide you.
Minto principle is also great way how one should articulate our thoughts.

If you are introvert and have issues, I’ll suggest joining Toastmaster clubs, its not costly and help you develop communication.

1. Daily Nudge: Just say one thing

Every day, drop one update in Slack/standup:

“Tested the latest build — found a bug in the login flow. Logged it, details in JIRA.”

Simple. Informative. No TED talk required.

2. Use the “Bug Sandwich”

When reporting issues:
• Start with a short context
• Drop the bug
• Suggest next steps

Example:

“Login breaks when the token expires mid-session. Sent a Loom + steps in the ticket. Maybe refresh token flow needs a check?”

3. Ask small, specific questions

Instead of sitting on doubts like a bug on a branch, ask:

“Hey, quick one — should we validate the email format here or backend handles it?”

Short. Smart. Shows you’re thinking.

4. Share wins (even tiny ones)

QA rarely gets credit unless you speak up. Try:

“Regression done — no blockers. And yes, the flaky test is now stable!”

People love testers who don’t just test, but talk.

5. Client Calls?
• Jot 3 points before the call (bugs found, test coverage, risks).
• Speak up once. You don’t need to dominate, just contribute.
• Start with:
“From QA side, here’s what we observed…”

That’s it. Presence = impact.
