Job Description We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented QA Engineer / Software Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through manual and automated testing techniques.

You will play a key role in identifying issues early, improving product stability, and maintaining high standards throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases to validate product features and performance.
• Conduct various testing types including functional, integration, regression, and system testing based on technical and business requirements.
• Identify, log, and track bugs, inconsistencies, and performance issues using appropriate bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
• Analyze test outcomes and QA metrics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain and update test plans, test cases, QA documentation, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Review and provide feedback on technical documentation, business requirements, and UX/UI designs.
• Ensure adherence to QA processes, policies, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate in code reviews and contribute to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
• Work closely with developers, product managers, and designers to ensure a seamless and high-quality user experience.
• Assist in the implementation and enhancement of QA frameworks, tools, and testing Skills & Qualifications :
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance, software testing, or QC roles.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and software testing methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with test case management tools and bug tracking systems.
• Familiarity with automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.
• Solid knowledge of manual testing techniques, defect lifecycle, and test reporting.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of scripting languages and CI/CD tools is a plus.
• ISTQB certification is a plus
