Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Analyst with 8 to 12 years of experience in SWIFT MT – MX Conversion Testing and has experience in System Testing and Manual/Automated Testing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SWIFT Message Formats and International Payments. This is a hybrid role with day shifts requiring proficiency in English (Read/Write Speak).

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of automated testing scripts to ensure software quality.
• Oversee system testing processes to identify and resolve defects.
• Provide expertise in manual testing to validate software functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and develop test plans.
• Ensure comprehensive test coverage for all software components.
• Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
• Implement best practices for testing and quality assurance.
• Monitor and maintain test environments to ensure stability.
• Develop and maintain documentation for test processes and procedures.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards.

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in testing.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing efficiency.

Qualifications

• Show proficiency in SWIFT and message formats.
