Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated QA Testing professional with strong manual testing experience and a foundational understanding of automation. The ideal candidate should have experience working in financial domains and using JIRA, with strong communication and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Process Owners and SMEs to define and implement the test plan for various applications.
• Coordinate with both onshore and offshore teams to ensure testing processes align with business requirements.
• Work closely with Project Managers to prepare testing verification documents and ensure comprehensive scenario coverage.
• Log and track defects during test execution and collaborate with the team for timely resolution.
• Continuously improve test scripts and provide actionable feedback to stakeholders.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 3–6 years of hands-on experience in Investment Banking, with a focus on Manual Testing (80%) and basic knowledge of Automation Testing (20%).
• Strong working knowledge of JIRA and test management tools.
• Experience in designing test plans, defining strategies, and creating test cases.
• Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Background in Finance or Financial Services domain is essential.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other collaboration tools.
