Position: Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer

Experience: 3–5 Years

Location: Delhi NCR (Saket / Gurugram) – Work from Office

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute detailed test cases (manual + automated) for web/mobile applications
• Develop and maintain automated test suites (UI, API, regression) using modern frameworks
• Conduct functional, regression, UI, and performance testing
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
• Validate API responses and events using Postman or equivalent tools
• Collaborate closely with product, development, and DevOps teams
• Act as a release gatekeeper by identifying critical defects pre-production
• Track and report quality metrics and test coverage across releases
• Maintain defect triage processes and test documentation

Must-Have Skills

• 3–5 years of QA experience in both manual and automated testing
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile methodologies
• Experience with tools like Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or Appium
• API testing using Postman, REST Assured, or similar
• CI/CD exposure (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI)
• Bug tracking via JIRA/TestRail or equivalents
• Excellent debugging, analytical, and communication skills

Good to Have

• Scripting in JavaScript, Python, or Java
• Familiarity with JMeter/Gatling for performance testing
• Experience with accessibility or visual/UI testing tools
• Knowledge of loyalty, fintech, or e-commerce platforms
• Understanding of event tracking tools (e.g., GTM, Mixpanel)
