Are we becoming too dependent on AI? I started asking myself that question after realizing how often I was using AI for things I could easily do myself, even something as simple as writing a WhatsApp message or a LinkedIn post. AI makes us faster, more productive and often better at what we do. But what happens when productivity slowly turns into dependency? In this video, I explore AI dependency, AI Gravity, cognitive offloading, critical thinking and the risk of outsourcing too much of our thinking to AI. Why is AI so difficult to resist? Because it's faster. It's easier. It saves mental energy. And once we've experienced the productivity gains, going back can feel almost impossible.
