Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using QABash (“the platform,” “we,” or “the service”) at qabash.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use QABash. By using the platform, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Your account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately at hello@qabash.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Permitted use

You may use QABash to:

  • Access the intelligence feed, articles, tools, and job board for personal or professional use
  • Contribute articles, comments, and community content in accordance with our community guidelines
  • Save and bookmark content for personal reference

5. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform without prior written permission
  • Submit false, misleading, or plagiarised content
  • Use the platform to spam, harass, or harm other users
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit any part of the platform
  • Upload malicious files or content designed to compromise platform security
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
  • Use automated tools to generate fake accounts or activity

6. Content you submit

By submitting content to QABash (articles, comments, or other contributions), you grant QABash a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to publish, distribute, and display that content on the platform. You retain ownership of your original content. You represent that you have the right to submit the content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

Resume files uploaded to the AI Resume Screener are processed solely for the purpose of analysis. They are not stored, shared, or used for any other purpose.

7. Intellectual property

The QABash name, logo, platform design, and original content (excluding user-contributed content) are the intellectual property of QABash. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

8. Third-party links and services

The platform may link to third-party websites, job listings, or services. QABash is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites. Job listings are aggregated from external sources; we do not verify the accuracy of individual listings or the legitimacy of individual employers.

9. AI tools disclaimer

QABash's AI-powered tools (AI Test Case Generator, AI Resume Screener) produce outputs generated by artificial intelligence models. These outputs are provided for informational and productivity purposes only. They do not constitute professional career advice, legal advice, or a guarantee of employment outcomes. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all AI-generated content before use.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

QABash is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the platform is at your sole risk.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, QABash and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability in any matter arising out of or related to these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or £50 if you have paid nothing).

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
