Replace a CEO and the whole company knows the next morning, while nine thousand documents keep naming the old one, and the new fact has to override all of them. The implementation detail worth the watch is what he calls a runtime coding agent. Rather than answering by query, the system writes and runs code at question time, iterating in something like a notebook until the answer holds, which cut their tooling prompt from roughly 150,000 tokens to under a thousand.
