In this video I turn that whole team into a Claude Code plugin that anyone can install from a marketplace, step by step. 📚 What You'll Learn • How to replace a long prompt with a slash command, using skills that only a user can invoke • How to add a voice check hook that runs after Claude writes or edits a file • How a Claude Code plugin folder is structured and what goes in the manifest file • Why a plugin uses hooks.json and not settings.json • Which path variable to use in hooks so the plugin works on any machine • How to bundle agents, context profiles and brand voice templates inside the plugin • How to test the plugin locally in a blank folder • How to write a marketplace.json file and install your plugin from it at local scope • How to control a running session from your phone with Remote Control, while the laptop stays awake ⚠️ Two Mistakes To Avoid The first is copying your agents, skills and hooks inside the .claude-plugin folder. Only plugin.json goes there. The second is using CLAUDE_PROJECT_DIR in your hooks path where CLAUDE_PLUGIN_ROOT belongs.
