You sign up by opening a pull request on their GitHub repo. It builds your project, hunts for vulnerabilities, then emails you what it found. Each report shows how to reproduce the bug. Often it includes a fix. The catch: The reports are written by AI. No human checks them before you get them. And signing up doesn't mean you get in. Anthropic picks the projects.
