In this video I split every face into two things, the movement and the identity, and build a custom 3D mask with Claude and Codex that carries only the movement. I walk you through my failed attempts, the three parts that actually made it work, and the two ways I prompt Seedance on top of the mask. It took me about ten versions, three hours and five dollars, and the whole workflow is free on GitHub. By the end you will be able to take the movement from any performance and put it on your own face or on a character you made. You will learn⤵️ 1. Why prompting emotions directly gives you a fake, over-acted face 2. How to split a performance into movement and identity 3. Why 478 tracking points still miss the expression, and what depth adds 4. How MediaPipe, SPECTRE and FLAME combine into one moving 3D face 5. How to bring back the creases and muscle movement with light, without the color 6. How to install the workflow with Claude Code or Codex 7. Two ways to prompt Seedance with the mask: copy the movement, or direct the delivery 8. How to tell whether to fix the mask or fix the prompt 9.
