Change Profile Photo - doesn't work

Change Profile Photo functionality is not working. I am trying to update my profile photo for multiple days, but it doesn't work. Tried on - both Mobile and Laptop browsers. Steps followed -> 1. Open Profile 2. Click on Edit Profile 3. Click on Change photo (or photo itself) 4. Select photo (photo size must be less than 2MB) mine was 1.46MB 5. Adjust Zooming and click Apply 6. It shows success message 'Profile Picture updates!'. 7. Click on 'View Public Profile' (or refresh page) 8. Profile picture doesn't get updated. Network tab checked -> no error log found. I have used this functionality earlier, it was working fine.
