Click the Subscribe button. Observe the UI and Network tab. Expected Result: The newsletter subscription should complete successfully, and the user should receive a confirmation message. Actual Result: The API returns HTTP 400 Bad Request with the message Unknown signup surface, and the subscription fails. Severity: Medium (proposed)
