The same framework works for judging an AI system. → Helpful: does it do the job? If it processes a contract, are the answers short and useful to a lawyer? → Honest: is the answer grounded in the source? Check groundedness → Retrieval quality: are you pulling in too much? A grounded answer can still cost you too much downstream → Completeness: what is the system missing, and how much? Write the criteria first, then measure each one.
